    Your first class

You arrive. You're greeted by name. The space is clean, the energy is calm, and everyone warms up together. Your coach walks you through the technique of the day, demonstrates it with a partner, then pairs you with someone at your level to practise. You drill at your own pace. If there's live sparring, you choose whether to join or watch. You leave feeling like you learned something real. That's every class at SOL.

    6-Week Beginners Programme

Never trained before? This is where you start. A 6-week programme where you'll train alongside other beginners, learn the fundamentals step by step, and build real confidence on the mat.

    Why we built this

We started SOL because we believe how you're coached matters just as much as what you're taught. Every decision we make, from the curriculum to the environment to the way our coaches prepare for every class, comes back to one thing: your experience on the mat. That's what drives us.
